What we have learned over the years is that every site is unique and has their own set of individual circumstances and requirements with pre-sales and aftersales support. What is not unique is the value placed on that support when and how they need it.
That is why throughout our history we have invested as much as we can in developing a team and range of support services to support all sites. We have found that buying a top quality machine is a significant factor when choosing a process, but even more important is choosing the correct partner that solves your problems quickly and when you have them.
We support customers with tailored packages as well as off the shelf services, so please get in touch and we will build a unique offering for you to go alongside your machine selection.
Altus Group provide a full and extensive stock of spares for all machines supported when and where you need them. We also provide suggested spare parts pacakges for every unit, so that you can minimise downtime by keeping stock at site.
With the expertise at hand and spares in stock we aim to minimise downtime if ever a fault does arise on one of your lines. For a full quotation for the spares and service you need contact the team.
Altus support a range of production consumables across all production and cleaning processes which are held in stock in Redditch. These range from solderpaste and fluxes, through the galden and cleaning chemistry.
Orders can be placed ad hoc, or longer term agreements can be made for call off orders.
Altus offer and range of training packages across our entire range of suppliers including legacy machines and brand new investments. We have standard basic, intermediate, advanced and maintenance training on offer to constantly increase your internal knowledge.
Bespoke training and application support is also available and can be designed to meet your unique training needs.
We have a dynamic team of highly experiences and knowledgable Applications Engineers to support you through both pre-sales validation and aftersales support.
When you work with Altus, you will have a dedicated Account Engineer and Sales Manager to ensure that when you need us, we know your people and production and can react quickly.
